Vintage French Blue Vichy Etat Ashtray

This is a pretty vintage French blue advertising ashtray for the spa water of Vichy, France. Use it for your bistro bar decor, a trinket/ring dish, or a catch-all. Excellent condition with just a couple of small chips on the bottom. A vintage beauty!
