Antique 1897 Victorian Cranberry Pink Ribbed Glass Match Striker

This beautiful cranberry ribbed glass oval antique match striker dates to 1897 and was crafted in Birmingham, England during the Victorian era. It is mounted with a sterling silver collar, bearing Birmingham hallmarks. The silver maker mark is rubbed, however, the other marks are intact. The sterling silver shows wear and tarnish, including some marks and and a ding, and the glass has tiny surface bites and scratches. These subtle imperfections only add to the authenticity and historic charm of this collectible piece.
